Andrew Short is a Director for Fenix Financial Forensics LLC (F3). Mr. Short has over 15 years of experience providing consulting and expert witness services for counsel and companies involved in complex commercial disputes. His practice focuses on commercial damage analysis across a variety of types of matters including breach of contract, class action, post-acquisition disputes, valuation, construction cost/delay claims, antitrust, and wrongful termination.

Mr. Short’s background includes development of complex analyses involving lost profits, discounted cash flows, business valuations, lost compensation, unjust enrichment, construction cost and delay claims, reasonable royalties, and pre- and post-judgment interest on claims.

Mr. Short’s industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, real estate, retail, banking, and construction.

Prior to joining F3, Mr. Short was a Director at Davis & Hosfield Consulting in Chicago, Illinois. Before joining Davis & Hosfield, Mr. Short was a Manager in both the Dispute Advisory Services practice of KPMG LLP and the Claims and Disputes practice of Andersen LLP in Chicago.

Mr. Short is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Arizona and Illinois), a Certified Fraud Examiner, and is Certified in Financial Forensics. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Illinois State CPA Society (ICPAS), the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and an associate member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
