Brent Taylor is a Senior Managing Director for Fenix Financial Forensics LLC (F3) and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Taylor has over 15 years of experience providing financial and regulatory consulting services which includes conducting fraud and financial investigations. His experience includes providing forensic accounting related to investigations and disputes, computing damages, and preparing expert witness reports for litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Taylor has significant experience preparing financial models and performing economic analysis with respect to disputes and feasibility studies. This experience covers industries including financial services and banking, insurance, multi-level marketing, professional sports, education, telecommunications, real estate and healthcare.

Mr. Taylor’s experience includes many years in the healthcare industry working with hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and other healthcare service providers. His healthcare experience includes damages calculations and expert witness testimony, regulatory, reimbursement and financial statement auditing, fraud investigation, Medicare reimbursement services covering disproportionate share ("DSH"), medical education ("IME" and "GME"), bad debts, Medicare cost report preparation and the handling of Medicare reopenings and appeals.

Prior to establishing F3, Mr. Taylor worked as a Managing Director for FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Taylor also worked for the professional accounting firms of KPMG LLP and Andersen LLP and as a Medicare auditor for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona.
